🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Build Client Relationships – Serve as a trusted advisor to policyholders.
✅ Policy Management – Handle renewals, endorsements, and changes.
✅ Coverage Consultation – Help clients choose the best insurance solutions.
✅ Claims Support – Guide clients through the claims process.
✅ Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to expand coverage.
✅ Ensure Compliance – Maintain accurate records and follow industry regulations.
📌 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Personal Lines Property & Casualty License (Required)
✔️ Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience in insurance account management (preferred)
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively with producers & carriers
✔️ Must be comfortable working IN OFFICE (No remote option)

📌 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ MBA in Agriculture or Business Management
✔️ Minimum 5-10 years of FAS grant management experience (Market Access Program, Regional Agriculture Promotion Program, etc.)
✔️ Leadership experience - the role will manage at least 8 direct reports and 9 international contractors
✔️ Must have international business acumen and be familiar with working with other time zones and cultures
